Terms and Conditions of Sale – Harmonie de l’Écho

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the services offered by Harmonie de l’Écho, including:

• Individual treatments

• Treatment packages

• Wellness programmes

By accepting a service or registering, the client agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

• Prices are stated in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes.

• Payment may be made online, on site or by bank transfer, depending on the payment method selected.

• No refunds will be issued for services that have already been provided.

• A booking is confirmed once payment has been received or the appointment schedule has been agreed.

• Any cancellation must be notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

• After this deadline, the session remains payable, unless an exceptional arrangement has been agreed.

Harmonie de l’Écho offers a loyalty programme designed to reward client loyalty and referrals.

4.1 Membership

• Membership is free of charge and open to anyone aged 18 or over.

• The client provides their personal information and accepts the loyalty programme terms.

4.2 Referral Programme

• When an existing member refers a new client, the referring client receives 5 points and becomes the new client’s official referrer.

4.3 Awarding of Points

• Individual treatments: 1 point for every €5 spent; the referrer receives 1 point.

• Treatment packages: 1 point for every €10 spent + 1 free session; the referrer receives 1 point.

• Treatment programmes: a defined number of points depending on the programme selected; the referrer receives 1 point.

4.4 Using Points

• Points may be redeemed against any treatment once the client has accumulated the required number of points.

• Points are valid for 6 months from the date they are awarded and will expire if not used within this period.

4.5 Changes to the Programme

Harmonie de l’Écho may modify or discontinue the loyalty programme at any time. Clients will be informed at least one month in advance of any change.

• Harmonie de l’Écho undertakes to provide its services with care and professionalism.

• Harmonie de l’Écho cannot be held liable for consequences resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

• Clients must inform Harmonie de l’Écho of any medical contraindications or restrictions relevant to the services provided.

• In accordance with Article R4321-3 of the French Public Health Code, the services offered by Harmonie de l’Écho are not intended for therapeutic purposes and do not constitute any form of medical or paramedical treatment, manipulation or practice, including physiotherapy or massage therapy as defined within the scope of physiotherapy practice.

• In the event of pain, discomfort, a suspected medical condition or any concern regarding their health, clients are expressly advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional.

• The services provided by Harmonie de l’Écho are strictly professional, non-sexual and non-erotic, and are intended exclusively for well-being and relaxation.

• Any inappropriate behaviour, inappropriate remarks, sexually suggestive gestures, aggression or disrespectful conduct may result in:
  • the immediate termination of the session, with no refund,
  • and/or the refusal or cancellation of future appointments, at the discretion of Harmonie de l’Écho.

• The information collected is used to manage services and the loyalty programme, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Clients have the right to access, rectify and request the deletion of their personal data.

• All content, texts, images and materials are the property of Harmonie de l’Écho.

• Any reproduction or distribution without prior written permission is prohibited.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be submitted to the competent courts with jurisdiction over the registered business address of Harmonie de l’Écho.
