
Harmonie de l’Écho Loyalty Programme Terms
Established by Ms Vanessa NOEL, sole trader operating under the business name Harmonie de l’Écho.
Article 1 – Purpose
These terms define how the loyalty programme introduced by Harmonie de l’Écho operates, with the aim of rewarding client loyalty and encouraging referrals.
Article 2 – Membership
Membership of the programme is free of charge and open to anyone aged 18 or over.
To join, the client must provide their personal information and accept these terms and conditions.
Article 3 – Referral Programme

When a new client joins the programme following a recommendation from an existing member, the referring client receives 5 points and becomes the new client’s official referrer.

The referred client is the new client who has joined the programme following the referrer’s recommendation.
Article 4 – Awarding of Points

Individual treatments: 1 point is awarded for every €5 spent by the client. The referrer receives 1 point for each transaction made by the referred client.

Treatment packages: 1 point is awarded for every €10 spent, together with one free session. The referrer receives 1 point for each transaction made by the referred client.

Treatment programmes: a defined number of points is awarded depending on the programme selected. The referrer receives 1 point for each transaction made by the referred client.
Article 5 – Using Points

Points may be redeemed against any treatment, provided the client has accumulated the number of points corresponding to the value of that treatment.

Points may be earned through the client’s own purchases or through referrals.
Article 6 – Validity of Points

Points are valid for 6 months from the date on which they are awarded.

Any points not used within this period will automatically expire.
Article 7 – Changes and Termination
Harmonie de l’Écho reserves the right to modify or discontinue the programme at any time. Clients will be informed at least one month in advance of any significant change
Article 8 – Data Protection
Personal information collected as part of the programme is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please refer to the relevant privacy notice for further information.
Article 9 – Disputes
Any dispute relating to the application of these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts with jurisdiction over the registered business address of Harmonie de l’Écho.
